On March 16, reporters learned from Chongqing water company, the company plans to implement this year in the main city of 90,000 residential water "one household one table" transformation. After the completion of the transformation, the main target of "one household, one table" transformation of the city will be nearly completed, and the remaining finishing transformation projects will be completed in 2017.

According to the requirements of the municipal party committee and the municipal government for improving people's livelihood, since 2013, the relevant departments and units of the city have carefully planned and made every effort to promote the transformation of water supply for 800,000 residential households by "one household and one table".

Among them, the city water company undertook main city 500 thousand households "one household one table" reform, account for the majority of the total amount of reform. In 2013, the company had renovated about 84,000 households in advance. In 2014, the company completed the renovation of nearly 140,000 households, exceeding the target set for that year. In 2015, the company completed the renovation of another 100,000 households. After the completion of the transformation, some residents in the main city have been effectively solved the problems of high water charges, different prices of secondary water supply, aging water supply network and poor effluent quality.

The relevant person in charge of the company said that the transformation of "one household one table" is not only to simply change the water meter of the original user to the water meter of the standing household, but also to replace the old pipes in the residential buildings, and even to plan the laying route of new pipes. At present, the company has worked out all the renovation plans in 2016, and nearly 30,000 households have entered the construction stage of actual renovation.
